Bartender Kevin Says It’s Last Call for Early Bird Rates!

Last year we honed in on “the early bird gets the worm” adage to emphasize our conference discount rates. This year, Kevin’s put on his bartender hat and he’s saying: “It’s last call for early bird rates!”   And your metaphorical last drink must be had by Sunday 11:59pm! That’s right, early bird registrations, in which you can save hundreds of dollars, close EOB Sunday June 30th.

Now those of you that have taken economics classes might wonder why the VCIA pushes the discount so hard when it effectively means less revenue?  And the answer is predictability.  By getting early commitments we can better plan catering, transportation, room allocations for sessions and staffing needs.  All that leads to less waste and a better experience for our attendees.

But moving on from why it helps the VCIA, why should YOU take advantage of this opportunity?

  • The best access to thought leaders from around the country and the world
  • 19 CPE-eligible sessions as well as discussions groups focused on your needs and questions
  • A packed 75 booth exhibit hall
  • Social events designed to complement and enhance your experience
  • A great gathering of those new to the captive space and industry veterans
Make it a productive conference time as well as a wonderful vacation. Bring your family to Burlington!

And lastly, VERMONT!  This sometimes quirky but always delightful corner of the country wants to welcome our visitors in the hope that they return many times in all our seasons.  Well, except mud season, skip that one!

If you have already registered, I look forwards to seeing you in just over six weeks. If you are not yet registered, carpe diem! Register this way.

Happy summer everyone! Conference week is getting that much closer!
