It’s hard to believe that just two months from now we will be in the thick of the 2024 VCIA annual conference. But that is the case! If you haven’t yet, head to engage.vcia.com to ensure your participation!

There are many things still left to do to produce a high-quality event for VCIA sponsors, attendees and exhibitors. But one thing that we don’t have to do is concern ourselves with is exhibit booth sales. As of this week we are officially full, and are operating a waiting list. That means 75 booths packed with VCIA partners from service providers, captive managers, hospitality, media and other sectors all eagerly awaiting our delegates.  In order to accommodate this we have extended exhibit hours with the hall opening at 12 noon on Monday. Additionally our always popular Tuesday exhibit hall reception is a two hour affair and plans to come with premium food and beverage options stationed at conference platinum sponsor booths.

It’s difficult to describe the energy and camaraderie that manifests from the VCIA exhibit space. But talk to people who’ve been there before, and they can give you a clue as to why it’s a cherished space and event on the captive calendar. For me, I try to make a point of visiting every exhibitor (usually at the slow times, so that I don’t interrupt their meetings and interactions with attendees) in order to thank them for their support and participation. The ability to meet with such a wide variety of people within the captive industry in one place at one time is a defining factor of our conference.  I am certainly looking forwards to renewing old friendships and meeting with our new vendors at the 2024 conference.

There are still VCIA rooms available at 2 hotels and the early bird discount has just two weeks left to run. We are really looking forward to seeing so many of you in Burlington this August.
